With decades of direct and generational knowledge of real estate combined with Chris's experience in hospitality, luxury real estate, and the startup space we are well positioned to help build opportunity from the ground up.

Founder & Partner

Chris Coberg

Chris grew up in Norman, Oklahoma running around Single Family and Multi-Family investment properties. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and then relocated to Colorado. He has held a number of leadership roles in the Outdoor Recreation, Hospitality, and Luxury Real Estate Industries. He owns a high end short term rental and is a limited partner in a multi family apartment syndication in San Antonio, TX. He currently works in Sales and Service for a Cyber Security, Software as a Service firm. He lives in Golden, CO with his wife, son, golden retriever, and their family is expecting the arrival of their first daughter!

Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson is the Founding Principal of Wild Oak Capital. He has been investing in real estate for over ten years. Eric and the Wild Oak team provide investment opportunities through multifamily syndication.

As a co-owner of a civil engineering firm, Eric’s range of skills suits the field of syndication and real estate on both the technical level and client relations side. Eric is also the host of The Real Estate Mindset podcast, where he discusses with industry leaders what it takes to be a successful investor based on continuous personal and professional growth. He credits his success in real estate to his work with mentors and coaches, as well as a “pay it forward” mindset.
